Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. As each piece is made-to-order, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. If any significant delay occurs, we will promptly notify you via email or phone to keep you updated on the status of your order.

White-Glove Delivery
Due to the delicate nature and substantial weight of our stone tables—crafted from premium materials such as marble, onyx, and travertine—all deliveries are handled via White-Glove service. This ensures your piece arrives safely and is treated with the utmost care.

Our White-Glove delivery service includes a team of 2-4 professional movers who will not only transport your Altina Stone table but will also carefully unpack, de-crate, and set it up in your desired location. The team will ensure your table is placed exactly where you want it, free from damage. They will also remove all packaging materials, leaving your space clean and ready for enjoyment.

Given the weight and fragility of these natural stone tables, the White-Glove service is essential to ensure proper handling. These pieces require careful attention during delivery to prevent any risk of damage, as the materials are not only heavy but also sensitive to impacts or rough handling. White-Glove delivery guarantees your Altina Stone table arrives in pristine condition and is set up with precision, so you can enjoy its beauty without worry.
