Our products at Altina Stone are custom-made specifically for you, and we ask that you carefully consider your purchase decision, as we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns, even for items that have not yet shipped.

As a made-to-order e-commerce company, our process is initiated as soon as your order is placed. This involves a series of immediate and coordinated steps within our supply chain, tailored specifically to your custom request. Because each item is uniquely crafted to your specifications and begins production upon checkout, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. We encourage you to fully understand that you are purchasing a bespoke piece, which will differ from the reference images provided. Stone is a natural material with inherent variability, and while we provide samples to give you an idea of how your item might look, there may be differences from the images shown. Each piece from Altina Stones is handmade, making every item unique with possible variations. These variations are part of the handcrafted charm and should not be seen as defects. The provided images serve as a general guide, but the final product may feature minor imperfections that reflect the natural material and the artisanal process.

Please handle all items with care, as they are crafted from heavy and delicate natural materials. Altina Stone is not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping and handling, so please be cautious and inspect your Altina Stone piece carefully at the time of delivery. If you see anything that you believe needs addressed, please take photos and email jennifer@altinastone immediately, and before the delivery drivers leave the property.
